My holiday CD purchases: (note that I hadn't bought many CDs recently before the holidays started ... )
Decemberists - The Crane Wife
White Stripes - White Blood Cells
Queen - Classic Queen
Flashlight Brown - My Degeneration
Jeremy Camp - Stay
The Fray - How to Save a Life
Raconteurs - Broken Boy Soldiers
Bright Eyes - Digital Ash in a Digital Urn
Okay so I kinda went overboard Also highly recommended are Cartel, Sugarcult, and Saves the Day (available on eMusic.com; subscription req'd)

Yay! Decemberists. My latest purchase was...."Get Lonely" - Mountain Goats.
I am listening to "Oh Bondage" - X-Ray Spex right now. I just started a new band.

Okay, I hadn't opened my White Stripes CD when I posted my last msg in this thread. I just opened it ... and it has the wrong CD inside. The case & booklet are for "White Blood Cells" but the CD itself is "DeStijl", one of White Stripes' other cds ... what do I do? This is sooooooooo weird. |

Most likely go to the store and talk to them about it. I'm sure they'd just give you a new one.
As for me, I recently got the Justin Timberlake CD.
YEP. I like JT. He's sexy.
But in other news, I'm currently listening to Muse. |

Hmmm music!
Well besides the Foamy Songs I don't really listen to a certain band/singer's music, I just listen anything... However t.A.T.u. will always have a place inside my heart! |

Yay. I love t.A.T.u. Fake lesbians really do it for me.
Emmzee - If you're downloading anything, download "Sunset Tree" by Mountain Goats as opposed to "Get Lonely"...or even try "We Shall All Be Healed" or "Tallahasse". Mountain Goats are the great. I'm seeing them in a few days!! (Provided i can find some ID by then) Oh, and with your cd...If it was a store like Sanity...haha, they do that to me all the time. AND make me wait 7 months for cd's i've already paid for. Haha.
JT is one of those classic, amazing, everyone-has-to-love-him, type people. Though, that sexy back song, the first time i heard it i thought he sounded like a transvestite.

I like tatu as well.
Hah, GAMER--The first time I heard sexy back I wanted to kill myself. But it grew on me, and now I like it.
Julie--Muse is a band from the UK. If you're ever looking for new stuff to listen to, try them out. You might like them. |
