allright. the professor creates a box. he doesnt know what is in it but he says it must be destroyed. leela is set to guard it. after a night she flips a coin and decides to look and falls through into an alternate universe. after discovering what it is universe b (the alternate) leela jumps into the box and takes the everyone from A (normal) planet express into B. thinking that the oppsite is evil they watch each other. professor B hid the box so A couldnt get beack. the zoidbergs came up with a plan to be worshipped by stealing the box because zoidberg B saw where it was hidden. not finding the box professors A and B try to create another box in which A's universe is in. the zoidbergs come back with the box and end up running through the different universes escaping from the others who are looking for them. after finding them hremes A (who wasnt in universe B to begin with) is about to destroy the box by throwing it in the sun, when everyone jumps out of the box. after getting back to planet express, the proffesers exchange the boxes by puuling them through each other at the same time.

Ok, I'm reviving this old thing cuz I want to ask you something....
What time does "Family Guy" are in your country? And what rate does it have?
Only recently they got the show running on one local TV channel, it airs at 00:30 and it's M-rated...
Yes, yes, you can all go on and admit that I live in a crappy country... I don't mind! |

It comes on normally on Sunday night at 21:00, and typically Fox plays two episodes. It's rated TV-14. Adult Swim on Cartoon Network plays older episodes in a block with Futurama at 23:00 Monday through Thursday.
Although, American Dad! is a better show, just because Family Guy lost its spark during its hiatus.
If I'm watching Fox Sunday Night, I'll watch the new episodes of the Simpsons and American Dad!, then I'll turn off the TV. |

Yeah but you haven't seen any anime or at least none that you can recall what it actually was so you're hatred is based on nothing.
Also, go look up Drawn Together, it's the cartoon worlds answer to reality TV. Funniest shit you'll see this side of Christmas. It’s so offensive in every way to, be it religious, racial or something else.
NB: I’m not racist nor anti-religion, but it’s nice to see someone who doesn’t give a shit and is doing something because it’s funny rather then being concerned about who they might offend, don’t like it? Switch if off! Don’t want your kids to watch it? Well then don’t let them stay up late at night because that’s when this show is aired so if they’re watching it there’s more concern about your parenting skills then the shows content. |

There is not that much on TV these days. The ones that I still watch are Scooby Doo, Simpsons and some Japanese animes. Recently, I bought movie a sci-fiction movie in the form of graphic illustration so you could call it a cartoon. However, I haven't watch it yet.
A few month ago on one of public holidays, retro cartoons were shown on TV. It was great to watch the cartoons that I watched when I was a kid. It was good though it only lasted for a day. My favourite Disney cartoon last time and still today is "The Adventures of the Gummmi Bears". It's a pity kids these days don't have a chance to watch it. There is no other Disney cartoon with a better story than this. Other Disney cartoon like Mickey Mouse are more for light entertainment and humour but remain popular with kids.
I feel these days Japanese anime and Manga are more popular than English cartoons and comics because they have better story line which are lacking in cartoons and comics these days. I love the old English cartoons and comics. Long ago, one cartoon made me cry because it was so sad when someone died. Reading old comics were like reading adventure storybooks. You woouldn't believe it but the composition that I wrote for my "O" Level exam had a plot based on part of a comic but I modified it. At that time, I had a mental block for 10 mins and couldn't think of what to write. I got an "A" for the overall English grade so the composition written was quite good. A good thing that I read comics and it saved me. That's how good old comics are. They are based an adventure on reality (not some superhero).
Believe it or not, there are a few movies or serial based on Japanese Manga. One of them is Shota no Sushi. That's what I like to tell people who think reading manga is for kids. They like watching movie / serials and have no interest in reading manga. They are surprised the show they watched were actually based on manga. |
