That "What do you prefer Catz or Dogz tread convinced me i should do this

DUring the last month over 20 people were atacked by stray dogs:
-a little girl was slashed by some shepard's dogs
-an old lady was killed by her home dog
-a chinese guy got killed by a dog(the dog went to trial and HE was found not guilty Confuzzled

)
and so many more

Which brings me to my question: What would you do if it was someone close to you next

Round them up and keep them in a facility. You know, it's called a pound.
That's what Animal control is for.
I strongly disapprove of the killing of animals needlesly, but if they're killing other people, at least take them to the pound.

Stray dogs need to be sent to the Humane Society.

That way, they can be fixed immediately, and they'll have a chance of getting a new home.

Mr.Worm: I agree with that 100%. But some places don't have Humane Societies.

'Cutnutz' I think is the best option. At least if they're desexed they won't continue being a problem later. They will also be more docile after the castration (or whatever the hell they do: I'm not a vet).

Castration? haha...they don't cut everything off! For the males, I think they just remove the sperm sacks...er, whatever they are....And for the females they tie the tubes. Pretty much like humans, isn't it?....I don't know, exactly....

Somehow cutnutz makes it sound nearly poetic Tbbbbbth!

As far as I know, it makes them more tame regardless.

Up until a couple years ago, they'd use castration to neuter dogs. Nowadays they just shave the area and use some weird laser surgery technique - my cat was in and out same day, wasn't even in much pain.

Well i think i have to explain somethin about those pounds... There are people who just "adopt" dogs(stray dogs from the pounds of course) just to set them free on the streets back again.... nasty.
They say... "Oooooh they are so cute... so what if they hack/slice/slaughter peple... Those BAD MEN just provocked them... What's the doggies fault that those BAD MED just HAD to go on that street?"

Pound them HAH!

Uh, most people don't do that. If they do, they're just idiots.
And there's usually a reason why a dog will attack a human. Since they're usually loyal and friendly to people.
It's because they've been abused in the past.
There's some dogs on occasion that just have tempermant issues.
But again, that's usually man's fault because they didn't address the issue when the dog was a pup.
Trust me, Larry. I know a thing or two about dogs and the way they act. They aren't out to get you, or anyone else.
The react on instinct and memory. Perhaps provocation, to an extent as well, because people are idiots and will taunt a dog for fun. Then yeah, they get their throats ripped out. Because they're stupid.

It costs $96 to get a dog from the Indianapolis Humane Society. I wouldn't drop a C-note to get a dog and let it go free. That's just stupid.
