If you want it: it's shareware that game, as all games from Soleau software.
You can find the shareware version or buy the game at Soleau's:

Would you mind an alternate? If not, try:
Pipe Dreams
Pipe Mania |

Yes, but shareware is usually a restricted version, means not the full game, lesser levels or whatever.
Sometimes it's the full version but with nag screens (wait 10-20-30 secs, click here or there, whatevers whatnots....)
Of course you always could try it out before asking. |

I wouldn't bother trying it if you have Windows XP or Vista. I downloaded Mice Men, paid my 12.00, tried all the tricks this site posted about changing the game speed, copying config file and so forth. It works for a few minutes, then goes away.
And I have never been able to register it. They tell you to type a certain code to access the registration window, but when you type it you just get back to the order window. I've tried every key combination I can think of to get the right window, but it doesn't work.
Try wallpipe or MiceMen for free if you can; ithey're very addicting and a lot of fun, but I've about given up being able to play ieither until the developer makes it usable with Windows instead of dos.
Or maybe I'm just a big DUMMY and I've overlooked the obvious somewhere. However, my daughter-in-law, who works in IT, couldn't get it to work either. I may have to buy an old computer with Windows 95 installed to enable me and my grandchildren to play these games. |

| No, I never heard of it before you posted it. Do you play onsite, or is it a download that you utilize to make DOS games playable? Is it free or do you pay? |

| Nothing works to run that game especially on vista. there is no dos emulator that can run that game. I have tried all of them including dosbox...no luck. Anyone want to sell me an old computer with windows 98 on it for like $5? |

Wallpipe (and Mice men) works fine in dosbox 0.73/Vista.
And as all questions have been answered: topic locked. |
