These are freeware remakes Wink (thank you again Game Hippo Shit-Eating Grin ) Make sure you download all the patches, though, as if you don't you'll suffer random crashes if you don't.

From what I understand, they got REALLY carried away with the "revamped" plot in KQ2, though 1 is excellent.

I don't know about KQ2, but I played some of the KQ1 VGA version, and even without sound*, it was wonderful. I would definitely recommend it to any gamer who likes point and click.

*The game does have sound, I just didn't have my speakers working...

All the changes in KQ 2 are for the better. I reviewed it for GH, it's one of the top 5 adventure games I have ever played.

I thought KQ2 and KQ6 were the best. I'll have to check those out.
