Hi, I'm looking for a very old simple tank game. It had a 2D top-view. You had 2 camps with in every base 1 tank. You had to find the other tank and simply shoot the tank, that was it. To find the other base, you had to 'dig your way through' the earth, but you had to refuel at your base every now and than. I think it was called 'tanks' but I can't find it !!

It's called Tunneler, not Tanks - that should help you to find it easily... enjoy!

start by browsing the www.dosgames.com website: there's heaps there. I recommend Commander Keen, Doom and Wolfenstein to start with. Also,click on the ad at the bottom of this page to get windows games. Most of them are unknown, but I do recommend you get Raptor: call of the shadows (which seems to be on the windows game site, not dosgames for some reason).

After that, look on the underdogs. Heaps of old games, but most of them aren't too good Sad
