Okay, people. Some of you are annoyed by the Marquee tag. So, let's take a vote on it. I'm annoyed with it, personally.

I don't think it's bad if used sparingly (read: not in signatures). We should only have it when it makes sense.

if used correctly

Like the one in my sig. It goes once and stops at the edge. No constant scrolling. I will speed it up a bit too. That should be the ONLY way it is used, or in MZs case to scroll NEW across the screen many times for us to see when there is a new addition.
