hi everyone i am becky and i am wondering what ever happend to that realy fun and addicting game called chip's challange? i loved playing that game i used to sit up for houres and play it untill it was like 4 am and my eyes were bloodshot and it hurt to evan blink lol..... if anyone knows where i can find it or any other game identical to it that would be greate .... i also was wondering about that other old game called pipe dreams...it was fun too ......thanx very much,,,,, becky  |

I loved those games! They were both for Windows 3.1 (though Pipe Dreams was for multiple platforms).
Chips Challenge isn't freeware, Microsoft has the copyright. You can Google an abandonware site that you can download it from but it's against the rules to post a link. |

hello sorry to bugg you guys agin but,,,for some reason every time i download a game and then i try to play it it tells me i have to exsact the files....what the heck dose that mean???  |

| Extract? It means you have to decompress the files from the winzip archive... you can get Winzip at http://www.winzip.com/ . |

| Anything that extracts zip files is probably functionally the same as winzip. Is it giving you an error message? |

no it's just annoying that this thing keeps popping up...lol yeah i was just cerious cus i don't realy know much about downloading games and stuff like that i just know how to turn on the computer and check my e mail and use the msn messanger lol kinda pathetic...yeah i sold my x box the second i go the internet lol and have been on here like every night trying to find a subsitute for my cravings of morrawind lol......but no it's not showing any error it's just telling me i have to exsact all the files and it's annoying cus i don't realy understand why i would have to decomprees it so eh what ever i'm rambeling kinda have insomnia and can't realy sleep so i tend to ramble about stupid stuff now and agin so my original message i ment only to be a couple of sentances long ends up being a whole paragraph sorry ......lol ps love the b day hat icon thinga magigger -----------------> <---------that thingy  |

File compression, or "zipping," essentially locates repeating strings in the files and then saves a single copy of said string along with location of the bytes that that specific string occupies. In practice it helps cut down the size of large application.
Anyhow, I'll assume you've got it running?
(BTW: There are tons of great games for the PC that can kick Morrowind’s ass... you only have to look )

Morowinds is avaliable on your computer. IT is avaliable with other games in the series the elder scrolls either at EB games or Big w or target  |

yeah i know that there's one on the pc but it's just not the same as the one on the x box it just isn't fast enough i have a rpitty fast computer but it just dosn't do stuff the right way like when i open a door the sound is delayed by like 2 minutes or something(i'm probably over exsadgerating) oh well a new update on my insomnia...... last night was the best nights sleep in my life i think it's cus i took some vicadin that i had left over from getting my wisdom tooth pulled and that like knocked me out allmost instantly and my daughter didn't wake up untill like 945am WOW she actually let me sleep lol but enough blabber hopfully tonight i can get to sleep on my own.....if not someone hit me over the head that should do the trick lol -----> <----- man i just can't get over how cute this icon is lol |

when ever i post a reply like say for exsample this one says it's like monday like 5 am or something like that well it's not monday it's sunday at like 1208 am here (it's realy mondayby like 8 minutes but it's not the next day to me untill i fall asleep and wake up the next morning THEN it's a new day) jusdt thought i would let you guys know  |
