While looking through the member list, I saw that zz8 is still listed.

Why?

When a member is banned, their account, their posts, etc still remain intact. They just cant login anymore (well, in zz8's case, he can still make a new account

)

We banned his IP. He can't post, even as a guest.

I think leaving him as a member was just so that everybody could tell who he was. I didn't like it on the old forum how we had all those guest posts that were him....

His IP address changes every day, so theres no way to permanently ban him.

They did a remastering of it a few years ago, just in time to get a whole new generation of annoying-catchphrase-users going. 'Sides, "I see dead people" is infinitely better than that.
