This was either an MSDOS/Windows game. I think it came bundled on one of those MegaGames CDs with 100+ games on it.

Basically, it was just like Hugo. It was a 2d graphical adventure game and you moved from scene to scene and performed actions by typing in text. I'm pretty sure the main character being a guy with longish hair and an interest in rock music/guitar.

There was a specific part of the game where there was an ATM and you could see some cash poking out of it and you could get it.

The was also a scene with a bar and the bar was named "The Snobbery".

It was probably released in the mid 90s.
