Adventure/RPG pc game circa 2000-2006.

I had this game at the same time as I had Warcraft 3, so it should be from around 2002, but could be before/after. It was a fantasy game where I believe you played a halfling, and the story started in a village where you tried to find a torch to explore a cave. It was a top-down, possibly isometric, view and it had cheesy voice acting. I could never get past the start so I don't know any more details.
