PVP blue and red flag game 3d pc

Hello there was a game which I played long times ago, it was like there was two teams red and blue and each team point was to steal the enemys flag and take it back to their own team, it was 3d game, you had guns on your sides and you also had special powers like shield and blades which activates when you press space and if it touches the enemy they explode like a ballon, it kinda looked like tagpro but more developed and 3d it was on pc and free, you rolled around when you moved.
