I forgot the name to this one game I played as a kid. There are two modes of play, campaign and multiplayer (not online). It was a split-screen 2 player. Two players fought each other with infantry, tanks, planes, etc. The terrain was very destructible, though there wasn't much variation to terrain (there was water). It had graphics similar to Scorched Earth and gameplay similar to TASO 131.

Each player was placed on the two opposite sides of the map. Each player had its own color (which could be created custom), and all units for that team were that color. The gameplay was much less chaotic than TASO 131 and more complicated than Scorched Earth.

I forgot quite how you get money, but you have to use that money wisely as the units take varying amounts of it. You could manually control the units, and I'm not sure about AI controlling them.
