It was something that probably wasn't even a game, but might have come with an old windows computer. It was literally just a black screen where you could paste a 3d image of a balloon animal anywhere you want. It probably had other purposes but I was only about 4 so I couldn't find them. I am very curious about this one because why did I have so much fun pasting balloon animals on the screen? It feels like it was probably some test program or intro to 3d models or something.

I know there were games where you could place stickers on the screen, or on posters. Some were coloring books, some were story books.

I haven't turned up a simple one yet, but here are some more advanced ones to see if they seem to be the right kind of game:

You also might try Google image searches for screenshots of games like coloring books, stickers, and balloon animals to see if anything looks familiar.
