Hello,
I played a strategy game back in 2000-2004 and I can't remember it's name
It was about 3 factions fighting each other (dwarfs, skeletons and some kind of good faction with mechs). It had campagin and skirmish. In skirmish everybody starts with some kind of hero, wich prevented you from being killed early-game.From now and the you would be able to find some neutral monsters wich were overpowered and you needed like a whole army to defeat them or to use your hero.I can remember that skeletos could build graveyard stuff like a tomb or abandoned chapel.Any clue on what that game could be is appreciated
Strategy game from 2000-2004

I can't quite remember a game with both fantasy creatures and mechs (except for some steampunk elements in Warcraft III), so I'll just list a few RTS titles from the period that might be close to what you're looking for:
Warlords Battlecry series
Armies of Exigo
Lords of Everquest
Rising Kingdoms
Kohan: Immortal Soveregins
Warrior Kings
Just tell which of these is more like what you're looking for.
