Okay this is the criteria.

I am able to make simple 2D graphics game.

I can make it detect simple collision.

I can do simple sounds (too simple to be worth it).
For instance, a beep, a click, and that is about it.

I can make it use keyboard to control the object.

Also, I can make it use one of the gamepad to control the object(s).

I can do 15 colors.
About 200 colors are possible however some are reserved for other purpose.

So for a Christmas present, I am willing to give one person a chance to choose what to make in their game. If it is too hard I will let you know. I can reason with you and see what I can do.

"missle command", it a little complex however a super-little version can be done. Although instead of many missiles it might only have two or three?

I remember now playing xevious from the picture however the page scrolling is too complex for me at this point in time. Great game though.

Never heard of star castle so that is out.

Just got done with the one of the prototype road movements.

Most of my games are probably going to be toned down until I get better.

So instead of jumping 5 roads or so to get to the other side, maybe 1 now.

haha

So instead of 30 cars and trucks flying by, maybe a little amount like 5.

Just for now I am a brand new developer so I need training before PRO work

A doctor trains 10+ years to be a real doctor!

A pianist practices 30,000 hours before playing at the concert in life.

You get the idea, it is a long journey unless God blesses me? haha

I highly doubt that haha

I never heard of "Powerupped" version so don't know if it could be done. However before I get too many requests here is the little "frogged" remake hehe

It is still in its early stages so no real game play except if you have kids they can just jump around the road!

Thank you Cheese-its & Rice I fulfill everyone's request until I pass away in peace at 100 years old#!!!!!!!!!!!!

P.S.

Please use the A-left, S-down, D-right, and W-up key for jumping around!

Thank you to Wally for the idea.

No promises however let me finish this frogged thing first.

The link has been updated with a new file version of "FROGGED".

It is not very good at this point in time.

However hope all like it for Christmas!

Still has a little to go.

Remember, I am a brand new developer.

Cheese-its & Rice!hehe

Okay, since I know I am not one for samples when I am poor, I am giving free updates. So here is the next version, "Froggeda".

The speed is noticeably faster.

Kids who play the games and adults will feel a sense of urgency.

People who play this "Froggeda" feels a sense to take more caution#!!

Therefore, whether you are walking across the road or driving, look bothway

Enjoy buddy boys and girls hehe

It has been so long ago that I played Frogger that it is so vague to me.

I "think" I remember you have jump onto a leaf or such as it floats by.

After catching all the leaves that are floating you make it to the other side!

It is a bit of work however out of the three or so games asked for is easiest.

Thank you for the praise.

I had to think of a few techniques and tricks that makes the scrolling faster.

I am glad you like it!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, there is time until Christmas 2014 so you could see a handful update

P.S.

On a side note, it is an interesting thing.

I collect welfare and social security disability income to pay my bills.

So really at the present moment I get all my bills paid by the public taxes.

So really everyone who works and pays taxes are already paying me!

So it is my work in return.

The co-incidence is that it is the only work I seem to be able to do well.

So if my mother and me don't have enough to take care of ourselves,
then we need a payout increase.

We are not asking for luxury and wealth.

We are asking for a living that is reasonable.

Enough "Tide" laundry powder to wash our clothes...
Enough clean water to drink...

You get the idea, a comfortable living!!!!!!!!!!!!

In exchange, I ask God that Cheese-its & Rice gives me the power to work.
I ask that my work is in such a way that you enjoy the games I make.
So I might only be a brand new developer,
however I pray the "fun factor" makes up for any lack!

Thank you for having fun with my game and chipping in#!!!!!!!!!!

http://www.mediafire.com/download/ygesm271k11b8vy/FROGGED2.EXE

Well, today I roll out version numero dos (#2) of Frogged.

So we have "Frogged2" haha

I am being silly I know.

Anyways, the graphics have been updated quite a bit.

Hopefully it is more cool Frogger looking.

Thanks to the author of the original and authentic Frogger for the concept.
I hope many people play your original game and spend quarters haha

Well, in this game there are two players.

You can use the usual Microsoft XBOX360 with USB plug controller, or the SONY PSone controller with USB plug adapter. However if you go and buy these make sure you talk to Quadko on this website. He told me about the ALL the controller stuffs in the first place. Cool guy. Without him we would be only using keyboards haha

PostPosted: Mon Dec 08, 2014 1:40 pm     Post subject: Possible floating leaf to jump on! Reply with quote

Well, right now it is hopefully fun for all.

There is a little bit of a challenge to jump across the street.

However I'm trying to figure out whether I've the strength for floating leaf.

This way you have 3 obstacles to pass.

Just think, the river has objects near the top so the frog can jump across.
haha

If you pass the last stage which is the river then you win!

However I have to figure out how I can do it right now.

I just came out with this update so I need a little break before continuing.

Anyways, if I don't come out with an update before Christmas, I'm sorry.

I hope you enjoy.

As my friend once told me, "Enjoy buddy boy! haha"

Okay, for those who are anxious for ever latest updates, here it is!

I have implemented the semi-transparent leaf.

I am planning on it carrying the frogs across the river is all goes good.

At the present moment, it is not programmed in yet.

Therefore, you can still swim across whether you are on it or not hehe
