Ok I installed XP, I knew dos games will not work under XP. I followed the guide on how to get dos game to run under XP, I still get the error saying

install success

error: Executing internal subfile

what does the error mean??

The dos game is working fine until I installed XP.

Its common knowledge that XP wont boot into DOS without a boot disk, and even with a boot-disk, its quite hard to avoid "Out of Memory" messages. Try getting a new copy if its a demo, or use a repairing program for a full version, if its just the file. If not, try compatibility mode on ALL executables in the games folders.

By the way, what game is it?
