Trying to remember an old game I played and loved.

Basically, you are a prisoner, and you have to fight other prisoners in various arenas, using motorcycle type vehicles similar to Tron, but with guns, and the winner gets to be free or something like that. There is a time limit too, and if someone doesn't win in a certain time, a wall of energy starts closing in from the outside toward the in to kill anything that touches it.

Seems to be a troublesome one on newer hardware according to Wiki:
