It looks like there are a couple of copies of "Upside Town" being sold on Amazon, from independent vendors/people/whatever. One used, one new. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0763003085/ref=olp_product_details?ie=UTF8&me=&seller=

I found that page, ultimately, through Google. I found some rare/out of print books site which also listed the game, and it linked to Amazon for it.

That "Upside Town" game seems to be made by Softkey Incorporated, which, according to a VOGONS post in http://vogons.zetafleet.com/viewtopic.php?t=118&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=60 , became The Learning Center (and possibly broderbund.com?).

Upside Town was NOT made by Softkey, TLC or Brøderbund.
It was made by an Israel based company called Makh-Shevet and was a very important game as it was the first successful game the company has made from scratch and because of it, a subdivision, named "Scops" was founded and made some very good educational games that were virtually unknown outside Israel. Games like "Twiins in Trouble" and "My Fearless Friend".
Because of the success of Scops, another subdivision of Makh-Shevet was formed and was called "Mad-Engine". You might know two of their games: "Armed and Delirious" and the far-better-but-much-less-known "Master of Dimensions".

Anyway... Back on topic:
The Hebrew version of Upside Town can be found and downloaded very easily, but it will do you no good if you don't speak Hebrew Tbbbbbth!

The English version is a different story, because even though Makh-Shevet went defunct in 1998, you can still buy Upside town here and there... For example, here:

And there:

Here is a video I just captured and uploaded to YouTube. It shows the English version that came on the same CD as my Hebrew version, most likely there are some minor differences between this and the version that was published abroad (I.E. outside Israel):
