I never heard of Moslo before coming to this forum today and don't seem to have need of it.
I can run Raptor on my XP system using Win95 compatability mode without any problems. I also have a dual boot with Win98 so can use either to run the game.
WinXP: If you downloaded the game then right click on Rap.exe and then properties/compatability and click on Win95 in the drop down box.
If you have the original floppies then copy all the files to a folder named Raptor and click on the install file. Then do the above and it should work okay.
Win98/SE: As above except in properties you have to click on full screen then make sure you unclick screensaver and set idle slider to low or set up a special autoexec.bat/Config.sys to run it in DOS.
Hope this helps.
