Commander Keen 4 on XP

Whenever I try to run it, the games ACTS like it will work, and goes to a black screen, and the goes back to my desktop without having run anything. It'll still be on the task bar, and whenever I click it, the blacksceen-desktop thing repeats itself.

Well, I've gotten it to work, try dosbox.zophar.net. The dosbox utility is insanely useful and will probably do it. Also, make sure you read the Running Games in XP page on dosgames.com.
