I think the title was a pun on Indiana Jones (maybe using a different state name). 2d, side-to-side, black background, you played almost a tomb-raider like character, dodging projectiles, jumping over obstacles, etc. I don't recall if you could shoot something at opponents, but I do remember a level where it was a bunch of platforms, changing levels, where you had to jump between them in the correct order to avoid being shot.

Character basically looked like a stick figure. The whole game seemed about 1 degree away from being text-based instead of graphical.

I remember a bunch of old 386 or 486 pc's came into my old middle school with this game on it, donated by someone/thing, about 13 years ago.

I think the game might be "Pharaoh's Tomb" or "Arctic Adventure." (Both are part of the same series.) Both games are available in the dosgames.com downloads section. Here's a screen shot...
