Hello.

I am looking for two MS Dos games (neither of which I know the name of) and I can't think of a better place to ask for help than here.

The first game is one I haven't played in years (almost 13 I would guess). It was a puzzle game of sorts, you appeared as a boxy spaceship (which was literally a box from what I can remember) with a large red circle in the middle. The objective was to navigate through puzzles whilst enduring the PC speaker music throughout.

The second game is one i wish to find for my brother. It was a fighting game that he enjoyed quite a bit. All I really remember is that it might have had the word "monster" in it's name and an ostrich was a playable fighter. I also vaguely remember a tournament mode of sorts.

Your help with either of these games would be greatly appreciated.

First one, something as:
http://www.mobygames.com/game/dos/alien-syndrome ?

About the second one, something similar as:
http://www.mobygames.com/game/dos/brutal-paws-of-fury ?

That kind of graphics/gameplay?

*Trying to narrow the search field a bit.

The graphics were both in VGA from what I remember. The creatures in the fighting game were fairly grotesque (as far as VGA graphics go), the ostrich was a comic relief.

The space games featured no shooting from what I remember. You were in a spaceship the entire time. It was older than the fighting game and was created in the early 1990s I would guess

No, not skyroads, but I do think the space game had the word "sky" in it. In the space game, you solved puzzles by pushing things and other various actions. I remember PC speaker music would play throughout.

As for the fighting game, I remember two other playable characters; an eyeball and a gargoyle. I also remember it came as a demo on a 1000+ games CD.

While I'm on the subject of old forgotten Dos Games, there are two more games I would like to find. One is called Offshore, a game with CGA graphics where you scooted along in a boat of sorts and avoided incoming rocks and such. The other game is a game that no one has probably ever heard of. It is called Tiny Tap. It was an old game for small children with PC speaker sound where you would play a plethora of small (sometimes pointless) mini games
by pressing a keyboard key.

There are several boatracing games with 'offshore' in the title, one of them:

Scoll down, there is another one there.

thanks on that last comment, dosraider. That first game from the hyperlink was the one I was looking for.

I think the aforementioned space game was called 'Skycat' or something along the lines of that. I'm not sure because I can't find anything useful in the search engines I use regarding it.
