i am trying to find a game i used to play in dos called dr. sebastio or something like it. it was a dr. that u type a question and he anwsers it for u.

The Dr. got sued for malpractice and now he works as a butler, you can reach him at www.askjeeves.com.

Do you mean like a chat bot try Here or Here for Gnu/emacs which includes some chat bots ( help >> theripist)
