i dont really understand DOSbox. i want to get toonstruck running again, do i have to use something like Daemon tools to copy the files from the .mdf into a folder and do something like

mount c d:/(folder with files taken from .mdf)

c:

setup

i got the installer working from there but after that, it says something about it not being ona cd, continue anyway, i press y and it loads. is there just a way to run the game without having to go past the installer everytime? can i install it directly from the .mdf without having to take the files from it?

am very confused

Confused or not, you're doing it wrong, you're totally screwin'up things.

*.mdf are not mounted as folder, you mount them in daemon and mount the daemon virtual drive as D.

As this:
mount d x:\ -t cdrom
Replace x:\ by the real daemon drive letter in windows.

An read and apply this:
If on XP:

If on Vista:

Delete all you've done t'll now, it's useless
In other words: start again from scratch.
