Remember that game i was talking about a couple of weeks ago?
Runaway 2: Dream of the Turtle?
WELL...i bought it's prequel, which was great. So then i bought the new one.
Unfortunately, it's a load of shit and i hate it.
The trouble is it keeps randomly closing.
No error, no point where it always closes...
Just every now and then.
It's happened twice now.
The first time i let it slide...
But i just lost about 3 hours of work just then because i hadn't saved!!
All i had open was the game, 2 mozilla windows and a folder on the desktop.
My computer meets all the system requirements and whatever...
Any ideas?

What's your version-OS?
If you're on Vista: Vista doesn't like starforce much.
And there are sometimes problems on XP also, but less.
Fact is starforce is a piece of shit. 
Otherwise: get the latest driver update for your vidcard, and some more random blabla advise .....
Try to ask on the dev's forum/support site, patches? (If there is ....?) |

Yeah, I had a look at the Runaway site...
There's a few patches, but nothing relevant that i could find.
I'm on XP.
Stupid effing game. I lost about 3 hours!!
GAH!
Including really annoying puzzles that i was skipping cutscenes for the first time around.
Bloody. Grr.
I are frustrated.
ANNNND. Something weird that i noticed...
The game and it's prequel were very lucas-esque style with no dieing, no mis-using objects...
Until this one object.
Weird hey?
It's only because of the crash that i realised that i needed it and had given it away earlier.
There are a lot more bugs than i was expecting for a new release.
Weird parameters and stuff.
It's a nice game though.
