Problem with Secret Agent

I have a question about the Secret Agent game. On each level he has to destroy the radar dish, when I shoot the dish it throws off the whole game and I can't finish that level (the whole screen shifts slightly and the picture is distorted, the color changes and you can't see the picture clearly).

I am sure it only needs some adjustment but I don't know what to do, could you give me some suggestion? My computer is running Windows XP.

the game doesn't like your video card much, lucky for you the game has options for other video cards but you have to enable it. Do this by going into the main menu in the game by pushing esc, go into vga compatibility ad enable the vga compatibility mode.
