Read this.
And create first a folder that you can use as virtual C.
READ IT.

Oh that's nice, at least you got dosbox running right.
Nice, really.

Now the next step, learning to give info.

How can I answer that if I even have no idea about what prince you are asking?
What prince?
Full game?
Demo?
Shareware?
What version?
On floppies?
On CD ?
Pre-installed?
Pre-configured?
Downloaded?
Stolen?
Is it somewhere already installed on your harddisk in a folder? If yes, What folder?

We gonna get there, will take some time, but I've got a good feeling 'bout this.
Suspicious

If that's the best you can do, I only will be able to give some general advise:

Your game must be in a folder, that folder:
c:\user\my_name\dosgames\prince\ (seen in Windows!).

Run dosbox now and input:
cd prince
prince

And with a bit of luck prince will run. What prince? I've still no idea.....
If that last 'prince' doesn't start the game input
dir /w, look for a *.bat, *.exe or such, and try that.

There are a zillion prince games lolz.

Now, after your cd prince in dosbox input:
setup
You'll get a -yes- setup screen,
Select 'sounddevice' (highlight it)
Choose SB : I/O port adress:220 IRQ7 DMA1
Music synthetizer: SB
Save and exit.
So you will have music and sounds in dosbox.
Good luck and enjoy the game.

(SB=soundblaster).

[edit]
CD stands for 'change directory'

Type dir /w whilst in dosbox in your prince folder.
Look what files you have.
If you don't have a setup you can't use it, can you?
Ah, the joy of incomplete downloaded games .......

Tough I don't remember if the first one had sound, and I'm really too lazy to look it up, but I think it had sound ... lolz

But the good news is:
You can download a newer version (freeware this one)@
http://www.dosgamesarchive.com/download/game/158
Runs fine in dosbox. Happy
If you like prince, you gonna love this one.
