It's hard to say, they're all so different from eachother. I'd probably say PHP just because it's what I use for all my sites and what I know best.

(FWIW, technically, SQL isn't a programming language.)

yeah, why do you have SQL on there? It doesn't really count.

And I don't think you can really just say "Assembly" I mean, does it not vary for different things?
